YabYum Massage relates to body massage and related massage therapies and does not promote nor condone prostitution, perversity and/or illegal activities.
Any money that changes hands - as a result of meeting either directly or indirectly through this site - is solely for (the time for) massage therapies. Anything else that may or may not take place must therefore be considered as a matter of personal choice between two or more consenting adults of legal age and can never be contracted for, nor be the subject of a request to be contracted for, nor be the subject of a request for compensation in any way whatsoever.
Any person applying for our services, whether as a client or seeking representation as a masseuse, must make sure that such services are legal in his/her own country. It is understood that YabYum Massage is not the employer of the masseuses. The masseuses are working individuals. YabYum Massage is acting as an agent only and (its owners/the agency) assume(s) no liability for the masseuses.
If you order a massage, information will be passed to your masseuse to the extent necessary for her to provide the services ordered. Masseuses that work with YabYum Massage are bound by strict obligations of confidentiality. The information about you which we will collect may include contact details such as your name, address, contact telephone numbers and email address and any other information provided by you when placing an order with YabYum Massage. If you contact us by telephone or in writing we may keep a record of that correspondence or phone call. We may monitor or record communications with YabYum Massage in which you take part, to assist us with the development of our services, to train our staff, or if so requested by order of the Court, regulatory body or law enforcement organization.
As a matter of policy, YabYum Massage does not provide any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. The period of use of the personal data supplied by you will not be longer than we deem necessary but may be unlimited, subject to our discretion and the terms of this Privacy Policy.
You agree that any and all comments, messages, postings, photos, data, suggestions, concepts, and other items or materials disclosed, submitted or offered to YabYum Massage through or in connection with this site, including, but not limited to, survey responses, etc., shall be treated as non-confidential and not proprietary and shall become, and remain, YabYum Massage’s property. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any submission shall constitute an assignment to YabYum Massage of all rights, title and interests in all copyrights and other rights in the submission.
